Do you only draw/paint dogs and cats?

Nope! All animals are welcome. The most requested pets are dogs and cats, but I've also drawn horses, rabbits, possums, ferrets, and many more!

What kind of colored pencils do you use?

Prismacolor colored pencils

How long will my custom order take to complete?

It depends on the size of the piece and my current waitlist, but the average amount of time for me to finish your order is about 4 weeks after the order is placed.

How will I know when my order is finished?

I will email you a finished picture of your order. In addition, you will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped and a USPS tracking number.

How long until I receive stickers or prints that I ordered?

Stickers and prints, ordered by themselves, are packaged and shipped out to you within 48 hours. They typically take 2-6 business days to arrive.

My package is lost. The estimated arrival date has passed and I still haven't received it. What do I do?

I will work with you to file a report for the missing package through USPS. If the package cannot be located, you have the option of a refund or I can redo the piece for you.

- I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-ordered items.

- I reserve the right to post photographs of finished custom work as promotional material or examples. 

- Custom work will not be used to create stickers or prints unless given permission by the individual that ordered the piece.
